NEW - MENOPAUSE CAFE
I am happy to announce that Field View Surgery will now be running quarterly Menopause cafes at the Cross Keys Hotel. We are the first practice in Hull to provide this service, starting in June 2019. Our next cafe is detailed below.
I would like to thank you to all our members and new members that attended our last Menopause cafe.
Our next clinic will be held on:
Come join us to drink tea, eat cake and talk menopause at Hull's Menopause Cafe!
All welcome: male and female, young and old. We're not pushing any product or service, there are no speakers, simply a space to have conversations, share stories, ask questions, have a laugh, learn from each other. For more information please contact Pauline Allen on Pauline.firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions, or just turn up

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
Our staff come to work to care for others, and it is important for all members of the public and our staff to be treated with respect.
In line with the rest of the NHS, and to ensure this is fully observed we have instigated a Dignity at Work and Zero Tolerance policy, whereby aggressive or violent behaviour towards our staff will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
Anyone giving verbal abuse of members of staff will be sent a letter from the Practice Manager that this behaviour will not be tolerated. Any future violation of this policy may result in removal from the Practice patient list. There will be no appeal process.
The Practice feels sure you will understand that proper behaviour is absolutely necessary for our staff and patients and that non observance will not be accepted.
