All calls to NHS 111 are free, even if you are calling from a mobile. They will assess your call and direct you to the appropriate route for your symtoms. This could be minor injuries department, a pharmacy, out of hours GP etc.

There is also Storey Street Walk-in Centre (located in Wilberforce Health Centre) which is Hull's first walk-in service. Any patient can walk into the centre and see a doctor or nurse, with or without an appointment, whether they are registered or not. Please note they do not do diagnostic testing or referrals to other services.
Please call 999 or attend Accident and emergency only if you are suffering from any of the following:
- severe chest pain
- severe breathlessness
- major accident or trauma
- loss of consciousness
- severe bleeding
